Fraud protection & low-effort content policy

• No bought streams, bot farms, click bots or playlist-for-pay schemes.
• No incentivised looping, VPN farms or artificial engagement of any kind.
• DSPs fine distributors for fraud — those fines are passed on to the account responsible.
• Fraud voids your entire pending balance and terminates the account permanently.

• No white noise, rain loops, silence tracks or 30-second filler flooding.
• No mass-uploading near-identical tracks with swapped titles.
• No karaoke, soundalike or 'in the style of' releases designed to catch someone else's traffic.
• No metadata bait: fake features, trending artist names, store names in titles.

On the free Founding Artist plan, releases must be 100% human-made. Fully AI-generated tracks, AI voice clones of real artists, and AI-batch catalogues are banned and trigger a permanent ban. Paid plans may allow AI-assisted production only where a real human wrote, performed and produced the work and it is disclosed on submission.

• Payout details can only be changed from inside your dashboard.
• Report anyone impersonating DistriBeats to artists@distribeats.in immediately.

First offence: release rejected and the account warned. Second offence: catalogue taken down. Third offence, or any deliberate fraud: permanent ban with balance forfeited. Appeals go to artists@distribeats.in within 14 days.
