No refunds. Straight up.

All payments made to DistriBeats — subscription plans, promotion packages, press kits and add-on services — are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Delivery to stores, curator outreach and campaign slots are booked immediately and cannot be reversed.

• No partial refunds for unused months of an annual plan.
• No refunds if you take your catalogue down early.
• No refunds if a release is rejected for breaking our content policies.
• No refunds for promotion packages based on playlist or campaign results — we guarantee the work, not the outcome.

• Duplicate charge for the same order — refunded in full.
• A service we could not deliver at all due to our own failure.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

You can cancel any time from the Account tab. Cancelling stops future billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us result in immediate account suspension.
